We are on the lookout for people who are interested in making the move from advertising or marketing agencies to recruitment.

Many of the Stopgap Group consultants have made the move from working within marketing to recruiting for the industry.  They are not paid commissions - they are paid competitive industry salaries. They don't aggressively cold call - they use their marketing skills to develop long term relationships with the best marketing companies and agencies.

Ideally you'll have significant account handling experience in a range of Sydney based agencies so you know the local market, the key players, and feel empowered by this knowledge. We think this will make for a great head start in your change of career.

You'll be team orientated, a quick thinker and a doer, committed to your work and a born communicator. Most importantly, you'll have a passion for making a difference to people's lives. You will use your extensive marketing knowledge when discussing opportunities with clients or candidates.
